Our aim is to train, support and encourage the professional development of individuals whilst supporting communities as we invest in people facing financial hardship and our Partners who are, Education (Schools, Colleges, Universities), Charites and Community Projects.
Foundation Partners are Individuals
(currently facing financial hardship)
Our Members each support three Foundation Partners within the community in which they reside. Foundation Partners are invited to register with Adoreus and each receive £100 as our Members complete each Star of their Training. From the third Star onwards.
Our Partners are, Education Organisations (Schools, Colleges, Universities)
Partners are invited to register with Adoreus. Members choose a Partner from our prescribed list, one from each of the above levels of education, who receive a donation of £100 every time our Members complete each Star of their Training from the 4th Star onwards
Education Plus Partners (New for 2023)
Education Plus Partners (EPP) are invited to register with Adoreus and have the ability to receive our Bursary Funding and aditional benefits including (but not limited to) employment opportunities with The Haurun Club's Community of Clubs.
The Adoreus Club recognises and appreciates that no two people are the same, and encouraging individuality is very much part of our organisation's culture.
The Adoreus Club is a very welcoming organisation, and we are committed to providing an environment which allows everyone to develop and grow regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, maternity or pregnancy, race, religion or belief, and to ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee actively promotes diversity and inclusion across our community of clubs, and we are currently launching Traineeship, Apprenticeship & employee networks covering Disability, Faith, Gender, LGBTQ+, Race, Social Mobility, Working Parents & Carers.
These networks will offer support, further raise awareness and are intended to shape the future of our organisations approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
The Adoreus Club is working hard to break down barriers to entering our Affiliated professions, which have traditionally affected specific groups. We use a Contextualised Recruitment Tool as part of our Trainee recruitment process, and we are open to partner with various Government & Private communities to deliver diversify within our graduate intake. We plan to expand this work over the forthcoming years and to continue to look for ways in which we can increase our diversity and inclusion at all levels throughout the firm.
We encourage projects that have a sustainable object and positive outcome for our Planet. That's why we are driving local businesses to gain more business when introduced to local clients & customers.
This will reduce the carbon footprint and bring communities closer together whilst working together to promote the positives within their local area. The future generations will note this behaviour & continue to carry on the same methods & invent others that will also add to the reduction of global warming.
