We spend a considerable amount of time and effort which overshadows the amount paid to us, but we are interested in focusing on the bigger picture and part of that means that we give back the majority of the funds awarded to us, so that our Trainees can begin to understand the real benefits of their training and inclusion in their local communities and the wider community.
Upon completion of each of our 13 Star Training, we Support Communities by Donating £200 to,
a Registered Charity
a School, Academy, College, University or Education Facility
a Local Community Project.
Donations are relative to the above recipients within the same Borough as the Trainee resides or is associated to.
This means that our Trainees are facilitating donations from their own efforts and into their local communities. This will have an immediate, positive effect and a long lasting benefit to all communities.
Laying positive foundations can only build a place where everyone will ultimately benefit.
We donate to local community projects of all sizes which are driven and introduce to us by our Members. Please see above (photo) of our latest contribution to Actonians LFC, supporting women's football throughout London, England and Internationally.
£200 to a local Charity which has an address within the borough in which the Trainee resides
£200 to an Education facility which in located within the borough in which the Trainee resides

Haurun recognises and appreciates that no two people are the same, and encouraging individuality is very much part of our organisation's culture.
Haurun is a very welcoming organisation, and we are committed to providing an environment which allows everyone to develop and grow regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, maternity or pregnancy, race, religion or belief, and to ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee actively promotes diversity and inclusion across our community of clubs, and we are currently launching Traineeship, Apprenticeship & employee networks covering Disability, Faith, Gender, LGBTQ+, Race, Social Mobility, Working Parents & Carers.
These networks will offer support, further raise awareness and are intended to shape the future of our organisations approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Haurun is working hard to break down barriers to entering our Affiliated professions, which have traditionally affected specific groups. We use a Contextualised Recruitment Tool as part of our Trainee recruitment process and we have partnered with various Government and Private communities to deliver diversify within our graduate intake. We plan to expand this work over the forthcoming years and to continue to look for ways in which we can increase our diversity and inclusion at all levels throughout the firm.
We encourage projects that have a sustainable object and positive outcome for our Planet. That's why we are driving local businesses to gain more business when introduced to local clients & customers.
This will reduce the carbon footprint and bring communities closer together whilst working together to promote the positives within their local area. The future generations will note this behaviour & continue to carry on the same methods & invent others that will also add to the reduction of global warming.
